The "Summer Smalls Show" on now until Aug. 31st
The "Summer Smalls Show" kicked off on June 21st with a opening reception attended by many of the artists. Thanks to everyone who braved the crazy weather to come out.
This show features smaller works (under 24" x 24") by 25 local artists in the upper/back gallery. Art can be taken away as soon as purchased and will change and rotate through the summer.

Hours Update
We Will Be Closed Sun. July 6 as we are taking a very needed week off as a family. One of our amazing volunteers will be here in the gallery from Wed. Jul. 9 - Fri. Jul. 11, 12-4pm. We will be back Saturday July 12. Beginning the following week, we will be extending our weekday hours for summer.

Saturday: 11am - 5pm

Kate Esplen Pop-Up
If you haven't visited recently, stop in to see a selection of Kate Esplen's whimsical creations! Her beautiful jewelry, ceramic pieces, sculptures and small paintings will remain in our front display case through July.
Kate resides in Meaford - you may have visited her former studio/gallery in a old Church on Grey Road 7. She has had a life long passion for horses which are often represented in her work. Her style has evolved over the years from realism to expressionistic and more abstract. For more info on Kate, visit her website.
The Meaford Lavender Festival
Craig Gallery is excited to be a vendor at The Purple Hollow's inaugural Lavender Festival on Saturday July 19th from 11-5. We will have a selection of small art, prints and ceramic pieces available...and some surprises!
There will be other local artisan vendors, ice cream & cold drinks, seasonal snacks, workshops & demos, and live music. The farm shop will be open all day and there will be plenty of photo-worthy moments amid the blooming lavender fields.
Tickets cost $10 for entry (children are free) and can be purchased in advance. 15% of all ticket sales will be donated to the local food bank.
Life Drawing
We had a wonderful life drawing session on June 19, so we plan to go ahead with more. We need at least 6 committed people for each session, so if you are interested in one or both of the dates below, please email Bridget asap at bridget@craiggallery.ca

Thursday August 16, 7-9pm CANCELLED (Sept. Dates TBA)
Cost is $25 per person, and you are responsible for bringing your own supplies. Easels/tables will be provided.
